Cuban and Puerto Rican Bakery, Deli, and Market in Los Angeles

My first time visiting El Nuevo Mundo Market. I was hoping to find a Puerto Rican soft baked cookie/sweet bread that taste like molasse. The area isn't a place for you to wander around. There was only street parking and don't think I would go there by myself.  They close at 7 PM so the selection of food available at 6:45 PM upon arrival didn't allow me to get the roasted pig. They only have that on the weekends. I was so happy to know they still had pasteles, even though they were not made to eat. The prices for the pasteles were the fairest I've seen ($3.25 each). I've ordered them on Facebook made by someone in Lancaster and drove up there to pick them up. I've also ordered some from N.Y. which cost shipping. Those were priced between $5 - $7 each. I was happy to find frozen tostones and had to get some. It will save me a lot of time from preparing next time I want to eat some. Hello!  Welcome to my blog that will be on food searching, tasting,  making, and sharing. I've been looking for ways to express my passion for food, from cooking, eating, to posting and decided that I was going to finally start a blog and YouTube channel. I know nothing about video editing, content creating, and social marketing; but I'm giving it my best and I know I have so much to learn. So bare with me on my journey. Background: I discovered the food channel in college and was replicating and creating dishes from learning as I went. After graduating, I got a job and signed up for culinary art. I finished the program and worked part time at night after my day job and on weekends. After some time and long thought, I decided to stop pursuing that passion career as it was not working out financially. I went on to get my MBA.
